PEER REVIEW PROCESS
At Global Scientific Research Services, we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence. Our peer review process is a critical component that ensures the quality and integrity of the research we publish.
To ensure the academic integrity, scientific merit, and overall quality of the research output included in the official conference proceedings, a comprehensive review and selection procedure will be followed. This process is structured in the following stages:
Paper Submission and Initial Screening
All authors are required to submit their manuscripts through the official conference submission portal or designated email address, adhering strictly to the prescribed formatting and template guidelines.
Upon receipt, each manuscript undergoes an initial administrative check to ensure:
Completeness of submission
Compliance with formatting and referencing standards
Relevance to the conference themes and tracks
Language clarity and readability
Submissions failing to meet these basic criteria will be returned to authors with a request for correction, or may be declined at this stage.
Plagiarism and Similarity Check:
To uphold academic honesty and discourage unethical practices, all manuscripts are screened using advanced plagiarism detection software (such as Turnitin, iThenticate, or similar tools).
Manuscripts with a similarity index above the acceptable threshold (typically 15–20%) will be returned to authors for clarification or rewriting.
Cases of potential academic misconduct, such as self-plagiarism, duplicate submissions, or uncredited third-party content, will be flagged and handled according to standard ethical protocols.
Double-Blind Peer Review Processk:
Each manuscript that clears the plagiarism check is forwarded for double-blind peer review by at least two subject-matter experts. The identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed to ensure objectivity.
Reviewers are selected based on their expertise, academic credentials, and familiarity with the subject area.
During the review, the following parameters are evaluated:
Originality and Novelty: Contribution to the field and uniqueness of the work
Technical Soundness: Correctness of methodology, results, and interpretations
Scientific Rigor: Depth of analysis, logical argumentation, and evidence-based conclusions
Relevance and Scope: Suitability of the topic within the broader context of the conference themes
Presentation and Clarity: Structure, flow, grammar, and use of figures/tables
Review Outcomes and Decision Categories:
Based on the reviewers' recommendations, each paper is categorized into one of the following:
Accept with Minor Revisions
Accept with Major Revisions
Reject
All reviewer comments and recommendations are communicated to the authors. Authors are required to revise their papers accordingly and provide a detailed response to reviewers’ comments, highlighting the changes made.
Revised Submission and Final Evaluation:
Revised manuscripts are reviewed by the editorial committee or, when necessary, re-evaluated by the original reviewers to ensure that:
All critical comments have been adequately addressed
The scientific content has been improved to meet publication standards
Papers that do not sufficiently address reviewers' concerns, or that fail to show improvement after revision, will be rejected at this stage.
Final Selection and Editorial Board Approval:
The final selection of papers is curated by the conference editorial board or proceedings chair(s). This step ensures:
Balanced representation across all conference tracks
Avoidance of thematic duplication
Maintenance of overall quality and consistency
Only manuscripts that have successfully passed all review stages and meet the required standards will be recommended for publication in the official proceedings.
Ethical and Legal Compliance:
Authors of accepted papers must:
Certify that the submitted work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere
Disclose any potential conflicts of interest
Confirm that all data, citations, and co-author contributions are accurate and duly acknowledged
Any breach of ethical guidelines may result in withdrawal of the paper from the proceedings, even after acceptance.
Final Formatting and Submission to Publisher
The final versions of accepted papers will be formatted in accordance with the publisher's specifications. Authors may be required to submit:
Source files (e.g., LaTeX or Word documents)
High-resolution figures
Signed copyright and consent forms
The compiled and approved papers will be submitted to the designated publisher by the editorial committee for official publication and indexing.
